The fastest way to reach the office. Call, email, or come by.
The fastest path is a phone call — the office answers most weekday hours. The clinic sits on S Euclid St in Garden Grove, easy on/off the 22.
Garden Grove · Mon–Fri 9 AM – 5 PM
By appointment only
New patients are typically seen within 1–2 weeks. Existing patients can request next-week slots.
When you reach out, you’re starting a relationship with one physician — Dr. Castellano — not entering a sales pipeline. The first conversation is about whether we’re the right fit for your situation, on both sides.
If you have recent bloodwork (within the last 6 months) bring it in. If not, Dr. Castellano orders a full panel up front — no one starts therapy here without lab values to back the decision.
If you're coming in for the wider hormone work-up, the hormone support therapy page covers what gets checked.
Most patients are evaluated and started within 1–2 weeks. See how the TRT process works.
Send a quick note. The front desk reads it.
For non-urgent scheduling, follow-ups on existing visits, or general questions — drop a note below. Please do not include medical history, lab values, or specifics in the first email; the front desk will follow up by phone for anything clinical.
The fastest path for anything time-sensitive is still the office line at (714) 530-2183.
Note: the office mailbox is being provisioned this month — for the first few weeks, the phone line is the more reliable channel.
Right off the 22 freeway, free on-site parking.
The clinic sits on S Euclid St in Garden Grove — easy on/off the 22 freeway, with the suite entrance on the south side of the building. Free patient parking on-site.
One conversation tells you whether this is the right fit.
Call the office to set up a 1-hour consult with Dr. Castellano. Bring whatever bloodwork you have on file — or fresh labs get ordered up front. Either way, you’ll leave with a real read on what’s going on.
Calling after hours? Leave a message — we’ll get back to you the next business day.
