Testosterone therapy and men's health for Garden Grove. Not a drive. The office on S Euclid St.

Castellano Health Institute isn't a drive from Garden Grove — it's in it. The office sits on S Euclid St with free parking at the suite, and the physician you see is Dr. Castellano, in practice since 1999: board-certified specialty men's health, in the city you already live in.

Garden Grove · Mon–Fri 9 AM – 5 PM

The Garden Grove patient Dr. Castellano sees most.

He lives a few minutes away. Usually he owns the small business or has been twenty years into the same trade — the shop, the route, the crew, the storefront that opens whether he feels like it or not. He’s mid-forties to early sixties, still the one everything runs through, and his calendar has no slack in it. Which is exactly why the bloodwork he’s been meaning to get has been meaning to get done for about three years.

What finally brings him in isn’t a crisis. It’s the accumulation: the energy that’s gone by mid-afternoon, the muscle that used to come back after a hard week and now doesn’t, the drive that quietly flattened out. He’d explained all of it away himself — the hours, the age, the stress — and assumed that looking into it properly meant a specialty center somewhere else and a day he doesn’t have. It doesn’t. It means an hour on S Euclid St.

Specialty men’s health — in your own city.

Depth like this usually comes with a commute. Dr. Castellano trained at UC Irvine School of Medicine, is board-certified in Family Medicine (ABFM), holds advanced certification in anti-aging and regenerative medicine (ABAARM), completed an anti-aging fellowship, and has been in practice since 1999. For a Garden Grove man, that entire credential list is a local phone call.

It also means the file stays in one set of hands. The physician who orders your first panel is the one who reads it with you, the one who adjusts the protocol when the numbers move, and the one who still remembers the conversation behind them a year later. Nothing gets re-explained to somebody opening your chart for the first time — and being minutes from the office is what makes that continuity easy to actually keep.

“Getting older” is a description, not a diagnosis.

The slow slide most men write off as age has an actual mechanism behind it, and a panel can name it. Age-related low testosterone is gradual, variable, and genuinely doesn’t reach every man — which is the whole reason it gets diagnosed from labs and symptoms rather than from a birthday. The work here is finding the driver first, then treating that.

Garden GroveTRT — quick answers

The questions Garden Grove patients ask most before the first visit.

Where is the office in Garden Grove?
12460 S Euclid St, #101, Garden Grove — free on-site parking at the suite, open Mon–Fri 9 AM – 5 PM. There's no online booking here by design: call (714) 530-2183 and the front desk sets up your consultation with Dr. Castellano directly.
What happens at the first visit, and which labs get run?
It's a paid one-hour sit-down with Dr. Castellano plus your initial bloodwork, billed separately from the monthly program. The basic TRT evaluation is kept deliberately lean to hold your cost down: total testosterone, estradiol, LH, a complete blood count, and PSA when age calls for it. Wider panels exist for men whose picture points somewhere other than testosterone — they're ordered when the case calls for them, not bolted onto every workup by default.
What does the $250 a month cover?
The ongoing TRT program is a flat $250 a month — medication, lab work, and follow-up visits included. No tiers, no contract, no surprise line items. The only separate cost is that initial consultation and first bloodwork before you start.
